VERIFICATION OF SUBJECTABILITY TO THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SEA) REFERRING TO THE PROPOSAL FOR AN INTEGRATED INTERVENTION PROGRAM CALLED “VIA ZECCA VECCHIA 3 - VIA VALPETROSA 6 - VIA SCALDASOLE 10-12” IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MILAN.

THE AREA DIRECTOR
- having regard to Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.6.2001;
- having seen the legislative decree 3.4.2006, n. 152 “Regulations on environmental matters” and subsequent amendments;
- having seen the regional law 11.3.2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments. and the related implementation criteria;
- having seen the general guidelines for the environmental assessment of Plans and Programs approved with resolution of the Regional Council no. VIII/351 of 13 March 2007, as well as the D.G.R. n. VIII/6420 of 27.12.2007 as modified and integrated by the D.G.R. n. VIII/10971 of 30.12.2009 and by the D.G.R. 10.11.2010 n. IX/761;
- having seen the Decision to initiate proceedings no. 10/2016 of 14.03.2016, the notice of which was published on the Notice Board of the Municipality of Milan, as well as on the website of the Municipality of Milan and on the Regional SIVAS website,
MAKES NOTE THAT
The proposal for an Integrated Intervention Program concerning the areas "via Zecca Vecchia 3 - via Valpetrosa 6 - via Scaldasole 10-12", for which the Verification of Susceptibility to the Strategic Environmental Assessment procedure - SEA - has been carried out is not to be subjected to the Strategic Environmental Assessment – SEA procedure pursuant to the provision of the Competent Authority for SEA issued on 5 September 2017 (in documents PG 391774/2017).
This provision, together with this notice, is made known to the public by publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan and on the Lombardy Region SIVAS website.
