NOTICE OF FILING AND PUBLICATION OF THE INTEGRATED INTERVENTION PROGRAM CONCERNING THE VIA RUBATTINO 84 AREA.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 14, paragraphs 2 and 3, of LR 11.3.2005, n. 12

NOTICE

that the documents relating to the Integrated Intervention Program concerning the area of via Rubattino 84, compliant with the current PGT, adopted by the Municipal Council with resolution no. 1196 of 13 July 2018, which has become enforceable in accordance with the law, will be deposited for free viewing by the public in the Municipal Office Building in Via Bernina, 12 – Implementation and Strategic Urban Planning Area – 1st floor, room no. A103 starting from 16 September 2019 and until 16 October 2019 with the following timetable: from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00. The documents cited will also be made available to the public through publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan (www.comune.milano.it, at the following path: "home > Thematic areas > Urban planning and construction > Urban planning publications > Urban planning publications in progress" ). Any comments on the project in question must be submitted by 12.00 on 16 October 2019 or by certified email - PEC, to the following address planningurbanisticattuativastrategica@postacert.comune.milano.it, or in duplicate on plain paper during opening hours open to the public (Mon - Fri from 9.00 to 12.00 and Wednesday also from 14.00 to 16.30) - at the Single Protocol Office of the Urban Planning Directorate in Via Bernina, 12, ground floor.

This submission deadline is peremptory and therefore any observations received after the deadline itself will not be taken into consideration.
This notice is published on the online noticeboard of the Municipality of Milan, on the website of the Municipality of Milan and on the SIVAS website of the Lombardy Region.
