INFORMATION ABOUT THE DECISION
THE AREA DIRECTOR
- having regard to Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament of the Council of 27.6.2001;
- having seen Legislative Decree 3.4.2006, n. 152 “Regulations on environmental matters” and subsequent amendments;
- having seen the Regional Law 11.3.2005 n. 12 "Law for the Government of the Territory" and subsequent amendments, and the related implementation criteria;
- having seen the General Guidelines for the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programs approved with resolution of the Regional Council no. VIII/351 of 13 March 2007;
- having seen the resolution of the Regional Council n. VIII/6420 of 27 December 2007 as modified by the resolution of the Regional Council n. VIII/10971 of 30 December 2009 and both subsequently modified and integrated by the Resolution of the Lombardy Regional Council no. 9/761 of 10 November 2010;
- having regard to the Determination of Initiation of the Procedure n. 1566/2019 of 2 July 2019, the notice of which was published on the Notice Board of the Municipality of Milan, as well as on the website of the Municipality of Milan and on the SIVAS Regional Site,
MAKES NOTE THAT
the Integrated Intervention Program concerning the areas located in Milan in via Macconago nn. 24-36 for which the SEA Eligibility Verification procedure was carried out - it is not to be subjected to Strategic Environmental Assessment - pursuant to the provision of the competent Authority issued on 3 March 2020 with Managerial Resolution no. 1665/2020.
This provision, together with this notice, is made known to the public by publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan and on the Regional SIVAS website.
