With reference to the SEA procedure in question:

• we inform you that, with managerial determination n. 6242/2022 on 29 July 2022, the Strategic Environmental Assessment procedure was started for the Integrated Intervention Program called "Redevelopment of Porta Romana Airport";
• we inform you that, with managerial determination n. 9054/2022 dated 24 October 2022, in addition to the sectors of the public interested in the decision-making process, the subjects in question were identified, respectively, the subjects competent in environmental matters, the territorially interested bodies and the functionally interested subjects;
• it is communicated that the Preliminary Report/Scoping Document will be made available from 6 March until 4 April – for the purposes of consultation and with a view to presentation at the first session of the Conference: 

 by publication: 
- on the regional website at the link SIVAS;
- on the municipal website at the link Urban planning publications;

 as well as deposited for free viewing at the municipal offices in via Sile, 8 on the 7th floor (Implementation Planning Area 1 – Proceeding Authority) and on the 3rd floor (Water Resources and Environmental Hygiene Area – Competent Authority), with the following timetable: from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00;

• is indicated - pursuant to art. 14 and following of Law 241/90 and subsequent amendments and Annex 1 to DGR n. IX/761 of 10 November 2010 and in agreement with the Competent Authority (Water Resources and Environmental Hygiene Area) - the first Evaluation Conference divided into two sessions:

 the first session, aimed at illustrating the Preliminary Report/Scoping Document, is convened on: Wednesday 15 March 2023, 10,30 am

 the second session, aimed at acquiring opinions, contributions and observations on the merits, is convened on: Tuesday 4 April 2023 at 15,00 pm

Both sessions will take place remotely via the Microsoft Teams platform; in order to be able to prepare invitations and access for online meetings, the recipients of this document are asked to indicate, within one day of the event, one or more email addresses of the participants by writing an email to the address urb.atpa1@comune.milano.it.

• Furthermore, we inform you that in line with what is indicated in the SEA Guidelines of the Municipality of Milan, approved on 25 November 2021 (managerial resolution no. 10480/2021) and published on the municipal website, the proceeding Authority - in agreement with the competent Authority has called, for the purposes of implementing the information methods and guaranteeing maximum public participation, a Forum open to the public relating to the preliminary consultation phase of the Strategic Environmental Assessment of the proposed Integrated Intervention Programme.
  The date of the Forum, following the date of the first conference, will be indicated in the public notice which will be published shortly on the Municipality's website and will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform. Please note that registration at a specific link will be required to participate in the forum.
