Milan, June 21 2021 – A workshop aimed at real estate operators, citizens and neighborhood associations on the possible development of sector A of the Monti Sabini integrated intervention program will be held online on Wednesday 23 June at 10am. The area, of approximately 50 thousand square meters in the Vigentino district, had been included among those to be developed as part of the international Reinventing cities tender. Since the selection procedure was not successful, the Administration revised the economic evaluation of the building rights with the aim of encouraging the conditions for the development of the area.

The seminar therefore intends to address two main issues: with real estate operators we will try to delve into the adequacy of the new evaluation and to think about any critical issues and possible solutions in the relationship between overall costs, implementation methods, functions and planned works, to reconcile public interests and private individuals; while with Municipality 5 and the citizens we will try to evaluate which neighborhood services should be provided as a priority with the economic resources that can be activated.
