PROPOSAL FOR AN ACT AMENDING THE PROGRAM AGREEMENT SIGNED ON 4 JUNE 2004 BETWEEN THE Municipality of Milan AND THE LOMBARDY REGION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTEGRATED INTERVENTION PROGRAM NAMED «MONTECITY-ROGOREDO», WITH EFFECT OF URBAN PLANNING VARIANT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ART. 6 OF LR 14.03.2003, n. 2.
START OF THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE (SEA) WITHIN THE PRELIMINARY HYPOTHESIS OF PLAN VOLUMETRIC REorganization of the PII.

In execution of the resolution of the Municipal Council n. 1511 of 8 September 2017, which became enforceable pursuant to law,
MAKES YOU KNOWN
the start of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure, pursuant to the combined provisions of article 4, paragraph 2 of LR 12/2005 and points 2.1 and 6.2 of DGR 10.11.2010 n. IX/761 - annex 1M, relating to the preliminary hypothesis of planivolumetric reorganization.
As part of this procedure, with the aforementioned resolution no. 1511 of 8 September 2017, the Proceeding Authority in the Urban Planning Directorate - Thematic Planning and Area Enhancement Area and the Competent Authority in the Mobility, Transport and Environment Directorate - Environment and Development Area were identified by the Municipal Council, within the municipal structures. Energy, respectively pursuant to art. 3.2. and the art. 3.3. of the aforementioned DGR 10.11.2010 n. 9/761, annex 1M.
The documents relating to the start of the SEA procedure can be consulted on the WEB site of the Municipality of Milan (www.comune.milano.it) and on the SIVAS WEB site of the Lombardy Region from 21.12.17 to 07.01.18.
From 8 January 2018, any observations may be sent to the PEC address planningtematicavalorizzazionearee@postacert.comune.milano.it or, written on plain paper and in duplicate, presented at the Single Protocol Office of the Urban Planning Directorate - via Bernina, 12 ground floor - on Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00, on Wednesdays also from 14.00 to 16.30, - no later than 12.00 on 22 January 2018.
Any graphs produced to accompany the applications submitted in paper form must be attached to both copies of the same.
