with reference to the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure in question, for which municipal council resolution no. 1511/2017 the urban planning guidelines and, subsequently, with managerial determination no. 70/2017 of 21 November 2017, the competent subjects in environmental matters and the territorially interested bodies and functionally interested subjects have been identified,

that the Scoping Document is made available for consultation on the Sivas regional website

The Document is deposited for free viewing at the Municipal Offices, in Piazza Duomo, 21 - 4th floor (Environment and Energy Area) and in via Bernina, 12 (Thematic Planning and Area Enhancement Area) starting from 22 December 2017 until January 22, 2018 with the following opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.
Within the same deadline, any observations may be sent to the PEC address planningtematicavalorizzazionearee@postacert.comune.milano.it or, written on plain paper and in duplicate, presented at the Single Protocol Office of the Urban Planning Directorate - via Bernina, 12 ground floor - on Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00, - no later than 12.00 on 22 January 2018.
Any graphs produced to accompany the applications submitted in paper form must be attached to both copies of the same.
