Pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 14, paragraphs 2 and 3, of LR 11.3.2005, n. 12 

NOTICE

that the documents relating to the Integrated Intervention Program Mind - Milan Innovation district - concerning the area used for the 2015 universal exhibition, adopted by the City Council with resolution no. 1654 of 04/10/2019, which has become enforceable in accordance with the law, will be deposited for free viewing by the public in the Municipal Office Building in Via Bernina, 12 – Thematic Planning and Area Enhancement Area – 3rd floor, starting from 5 November 2019 and until 5 December 2019 with the following opening hours: from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.

The documents cited will also be made available to the public by publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan (https://www.comune.milano.it at the following path

Le eventuali osservazioni al progetto in questione e i grafici eventualmente presentatati a corredo, dovranno essere prodotti in due copie in carta semplice e dovranno essere presentati negli orari di apertura al pubblico (lun. – ven. dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 11.45) presso l’Ufficio di Protocollo della Direzione Urbanistica – Via Bernina, 12, piano terra –.
