NOTICE OF MAKING AVAILABILITY OF THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AS PART OF THE VERIFICATION OF SUBJECTABILITY TO THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SEA) REFERRING TO THE PROPOSAL FOR AN INTEGRATED INTERVENTION PROGRAM CONCERNING THE AREAS LOCATED IN VIA MACCONAGO NN IN MILAN. 24-36.
THE AREA DIRECTOR
- having regard to Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.6.2001;
- having seen the legislative decree 3.4.2006, n. 152 “Regulations on environmental matters” and subsequent amendments;
- having seen the regional law 11.3.2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments. and the related implementation criteria;
- having seen the general guidelines for the environmental assessment of Plans and Programs approved with resolution of the Regional Council no. VIII/351 of 13 March 2007, as well as the D.G.R. n. VIII/6420 of 27.12.2007 as modified and integrated by the D.G.R. n. VIII/10971 of 30.12.2009 and by the D.G.R. 10.11.2010 n. IX/761;
GIVEN THAT
- on 02.07.2019, the Municipal Administration started the procedure for verifying eligibility for the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), with managerial determination no. 1566 of 02.07.2019;
- on 02.07.2019 the relevant notice of initiation of the procedure was published on the website of the Municipality of Milan and on the regional website (SIVAS);
- on 02.09.2019 the Director of the Implementation and Strategic Urban Planning Area (Proceeding Authority), in agreement with the Director of the Environment and Energy Area (Competent Authority now Water Resources and Environmental Hygiene Area), with Managerial Determination no. 3124/2019, identified the subjects competent in environmental matters, the territorially interested bodies, the functionally interested subjects and the individual sectors of the public interested in the process of verifying eligibility for the SEA in question;
MAKES NOTE THAT
in compliance with the provisions of par. 5.5 of annex 1 of the aforementioned Regional Council resolution no. IX/761 of 10 November 2010, the Preliminary Report regarding the Integrated Intervention Program relating to the areas located in Milan in via Macconago nn. 24-36, is deposited for free viewing - also for the purposes of the meeting of the Verification Conference - at the Town Hall, respectively in the offices of via Bernina 12 - 1st floor (Actual and Strategic Urban Planning Area - Proceeding Authority) and of P .zza Duomo, 21 - 4th floor (Water Resources and Environmental Hygiene Area - Competent Authority), starting from 07.12.2019 until 07.01.2020 with the following hours: from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30pm to 16.00pm.
The same documentation is also made available to the public through publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan and on the regional SIVAS website.
Anyone who is interested, also for the protection of widespread interests, can submit observations to the same offices, within the aforementioned deadline, also providing new or additional cognitive and evaluative elements.
The relevant requests must be drawn up in duplicate, on plain paper, and any graphics presented in support of said requests must be attached to all copies.
