Seen:

• the art. 4 of Regional Law n. 12 of 11 March 2005 'Law for the governance of the territory';
• the art. 14, of legislative decree n. 152 of 3 April 2006 'Regulations on environmental matters';
• the general guidelines for environmental assessment (SEA) approved with decree 351 of 13 March 2007, and the further regulatory requirements approved by the Regional Council with resolution no. 761 of 10 November 2010;

Given that:

• it was necessary to renew the provision of the Environmental Report, Non-Technical Summary and the documentation constituting the proposed Implementation Plan (as per the list), as the duplicates of the attachments to the Environmental Report published improperly were eliminated;
• the elimination of these annexes does not affect the completeness of the Environmental Report as the updated version of the same is already contained in the appendix in the document itself;
• therefore the publication period of complete and unchanged documentation, as per the list below starts again from 15.11.2023 and remains in consultation for the due period. It is therefore recommended not to consider the attachments to the RA already published individually, but to consider only those included in the appendix of the PDF of the Environmental Report.
