Milan, July 24 2019 - The Municipality is looking for new directors to renew its management team and insert new energy and skills into the municipal machine. The deadlines for submitting applications for the selection of 10 new sector directors to be included in the various sectors of the Administration open from today until September 11th. The last executive competition was held in 2011.

“Thanks to the opening of this new selection - explains the councilor for Labor Policies, Productive Activities and Human Resources, Cristina Tajani - the Municipality of Milan proves to be the most active Italian body also in the renewal of its top positions. In fact, there will be 24 new managers who will be hired on a permanent basis in the three-year period 2019-21, of which 11 now. A search that goes alongside the next thousand hires capable of accompanying the Administration towards a growth path aimed at improving the quality of services and staff available to citizens and the city's productive fabric".

Specifically, from today, in the notices and tenders section, all the information for the permanent selection of eleven new top roles. The selections will be aimed at ascertaining, unlike past editions, not only specific technical knowledge but above all managerial skills and attitudes such as planning skills, high management, organizational and coordination skills of human and instrumental resources, strong orientation towards results and to organizational pragmatics as well as a marked economic sensitivity.

Any pre-selection tests will take place at the Palalido in Milan.
