Palazzo Marino will promote, with the patronage and logo of the Pact, projects in the name of a Milan of opportunities, training, good work and relaunch - Public notice of expression of interest aimed at the implementation of projects/initiatives within the "Pact for Work" of the City of Milan

Milan, July 27 2022 – A public notice, open for the entire duration of the mandate of the municipal administration, intended to collect all those projects and initiatives that will prove to be consistent with the objectives of the Labor Pact, and which will be added to the over seventy actions shared by the Municipality with the institutions, trade associations and trade unions at the signing of the Pact.  

Starting today, public or private entities will be able to present their project proposal to the Administration and receive, if positively evaluated, the patronage of the Municipality together with the "Patto per il lavoro" logo, a digital fingerprint created by a student of the Scuola civica Arte & message. In this way citizens will know that the initiative is included in the Pact and shared by the Administration.

By way of example, the initiatives may aim to activate welfare services to support female employment; promote full awareness of the demands of the labor market and of their own potential among young people and women; intercept NEETs to involve them in active employment policies; promote the creation of places for training, orientation and reskilling; promote events for economic and employment recovery; develop actions in favor of "narrow" businesses such as the prison economy.

The Labor Pact has indicated a path of objectives and actions to build a Milan of work capable of adapting to the economic and social reality. Four strategic lines (Milan, city of opportunities - Milan, city of training - Milan, city of good work - Milan, city of relaunch) which can only be developed and made concrete thanks to the contribution and active involvement of public and private actors, of the signatories of the Pact and of those who will sign it by adhesion, of all the other industrious realities of Milan.

Proposals must be sent via certified email to the address mercatodellavoro@pec.comune.milano.it, reporting in the subject the words "Public notice of expression of interest aimed at the implementation of projects/initiatives within the scope of the "Pact for employment "of the City of Milan".

The applications received will be examined by a special Commission, made up of a representation of the signatories of the Pact, in terms of quality of the proposal, number of target recipients, impact on the Milan area, innovation of the chosen topic. Just to give a few examples. The results achieved by the projects will then be monitored and evaluated within the Pact for Work, for the employment and economic relaunch of the city.
