Milan, October 24 2019 – Tomorrow, Friday 25 October, at 9 am at the Agorà Theater in the Palazzo della Triennale in viale Alemagna 6, the councilor for Participation, Active Citizenship and Open Data Lorenzo Lipparini will open the work of the second festival of communication from prison and on punishment, “Fears and cages – so that justice does not suffer the infiltration of revenge”, organized by the National Conference of Volunteer Justice.
