Milan, October 29 2019 – Wednesday 30 October, at 18.30 pm at the Frida restaurant, in via Pollaiuolo 3, the councilor for Participation, Active Citizenship and Open Data, Lorenzo Lipparini, will take part in the meeting “Participation and social inclusion as redemption for prisoners” born from union of two initiatives: “Birra Malnatt” which allowed prisoners and ex-prisoners to be involved in the production of beer and “Idee in Fuga” which drew up the first participatory budget of a penitentiary institution, in Milan Bollate.
