Participation. Monday 7 October Lipparini at the Darsena for the 'plogging' of Retake and Accenture
The event is part of the program of interventions with which the association has involved companies in the care of common spaces
Milan, October 6 2019 – Tomorrow, Monday 7 October, at 16 pm, the councilor for Participation and Active Citizenship Lorenzo Lipparini will bring his greetings to the Retake volunteers and Accenture employees who, throughout the afternoon, will be engaged in a major cleaning event Darsena and surrounding areas.
The moment of participation in the care of the common good will take place in the formula of 'plogging', an activity imported from Sweden that combines physical movement with care for the environment. The objective is to clean up the area around Darsena, Navigli, Conca del Naviglio, the Park of the Basilica of Sant'Eustorgio and the Giovanni Paolo II Park (formerly the Park of the Basilicas).
Simone Lunghi from the Angeli dei Navigli will also participate and with two Dragon Boats will coordinate the volunteers for waste collection in the canals.
As in the other "run and collect", tomorrow too there will be water points for refilling water bottles.
