Participation. The coordinator for the public debate on the Milan stadium has been identified
Milan, May 20 2022 – The team responsible for planning and managing the public debate on the proposed intervention relating to the Milan stadium has been identified.
The commission, set up to examine the offers received - three in total - presented the outcome today, identifying as the best offer that of Avventura urban Srl, which indicated the name of Andrea Pillon as head of the team of 15 professionals who will support the coordinator in the management of public debate.
With the completion of the award, which will take place following the approval of the municipal budget, and the presentation by the two clubs of the updated feasibility study within the deadlines requested by the municipal administration, the process of citizen participation will begin.
The team will be responsible for defining the stages of the process, the calendar of meetings, the methods of listening and participation of citizens, and will prepare and manage a communication and information plan for the public, with the organization of meetings and debates in person and online. The Project Document must provide methods of involvement suitable for encouraging plural and in-depth dialogue and ensuring the widest participation.
The process will end with the presentation by the coordinator of a final report which will take into account the positions that emerged.
