Milan, 1 December 2021 - Tomorrow, Thursday 2 December, at 10 am, in the Sala Otto Colonne at Palazzo Reale, the Councilor for Culture Tommaso Sacchi will intervene at the presentation of the restoration, valorisation and exhibition project of the Centerpiece created by Giacomo Raffaelli, famous eighteenth-century mosaicist.
The work, 13 meters long, decorated the table for the banquet that the viceroy Eugene of Beauharnais offered in honor of Napoleon for his coronation as King of Italy.
This will be followed by a visit to the restoration site in the adjacent Sala Quattro Colonne.
