Palazzo Marino. An online treasure hunt to discover the city

Milan, May 29 2020 – An online treasure hunt throughout the city, for a week dedicated to girls and boys from secondary schools in Milan, and also open to enthusiasts and the curious. This is an initiative created by Frame-Festival della Comunicazione, Municipality of Milan, YesMilano and which is part of the European project Food wave-Empowering urban youth for climate action which aims to raise awareness among young people on the issues of climate change.

From our website www.cacciatesoromilano.it it is possible to register your team for free starting from tomorrow, Saturday 30 May, until 5 June. After the opening, which will be held on 8 June with a message from the Mayor Giuseppe Sala, every morning, for five days, from 10am to 14pm there will be a stage with 10 tests to overcome, including enigmas, inscriptions to decipher, riddles, quizzes and clues hidden in different places in Milan, from the center to the suburbs. Without leaving home, but browsing web maps and collaborating in chats with teammates.

The teams will compete in skill tests on the most varied themes (art, architecture, history of Milan, traditions, cuisine, sport, science and technique, music, botany, ecology). The stages will also include special tests dedicated to sustainability, healthy eating, the fight against waste, recycling and good green practices.

Between one test and another, there will be guides to accompany the players with short videos: 18 Milanese people who come from the world of culture, sport, entertainment, information and music.
