Palazzo Marino. Collection of contributions for the revision of the 2021/2023 corruption prevention and transparency plan

Milan, November 12 2020 – The Municipality of Milan is proceeding with the revision of the municipal corruption prevention and transparency plan by promoting a collection of contributions with a view to updating the plan for the 2021/2023 years.

The public notice is aimed at trade unions, trade associations, the third sector, consumer associations and users who operate with the Administration in various capacities.

There will be time until 10 December 2020 to send proposals and observations to the email address sg.accessocivico@comune.milano.it.

The purpose of the Plan, an essential tool to avoid the onset of illegal phenomena or cases of maladministration, is the creation of concrete operational and management models which all employees must comply with in order to minimize the risk.

By opening the collection of contributions, the Municipality intends to follow up on what was called by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) which, for the adoption of the Plan, underlines the importance of ensuring full involvement of all interested parties.

Interested parties can view the adoption resolution and the complete plan on the institutional website of the Municipality at the page Transparent administration, under the Other contents section, under the heading Prevention of corruption.
