Today the state funeral of the Italian Ambassador to Congo and the Carabiniere victims of the attack
Milan, February 25 2021 - For today's day of national mourning, the national, European and civic flags are displayed at half-mast on all municipal buildings.
This was ordered by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers on the occasion of the state funeral for the Italian Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Congo, Luca Attanasio, and the Carabiniere Vittorio Iacovacci, victims of a cowardly terrorist attack which occurred on 22 February in Congo .
