Palazzo Marino. The 2022 Nobel Peace Prize winners in the Municipality
Milan, June 9 2023 – The photos of today's meeting in the Municipality with the representatives of the Russian NGO Memorial and the Ukrainian Center for civil liberties, awarded the Nobel for "commitment to rights and against abuses of power".
The two organizations, represented by Elena Zemkova, executive director of Memorial Russia, Andrea Gullotta, President of Memorial Italia and Mykhailo Savva, member of the board of the Center for civil liberties in Kiev, will participate in the Radio Popolare party in the next few days.
To welcome them to Palazzo Marino, the President of the City Council Elena Buscemi and the vice-president of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Chamber Lia Quartapelle. With them also Michele Migone from Radio Popolare and Anna Zafesova, journalist and writer, collaborator of the newspapers La Stampa and Il Foglio.
