Palasharp. The Council of State gives the green light to the tender for project financing
Milan, October 6 2021 – The Council of State has ascertained the complete legitimacy of the project financing procedure for the redevelopment of the Palasharp both for the part that involves the renovation of the building and for the tender process started. The Council of State therefore partially reformed the ruling of the Regional Administrative Court for Lombardy, allowing the tender process, which had been suspended, to be restarted.
An important step towards the construction of the structure that will host the women's hockey competitions of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympics.
The certainty in favor of the redevelopment of the facility, ready for the 2026 Olympics, is strengthened.
