DETERMINE

  1. to express, pursuant to art. 15, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006 n.152 and subsequent amendments, Positive Reasoned Opinion regarding the environmental compatibility of the PA7 (Trotto) proposal, provided that: a. all the contents of the Environmental Report and the Non-Technical Summary are implemented; b. the provisions and recommendations contained in Par. 3.1 of the Investigation Report attached to this provision (Annex no. 1), of which it is an integral and substantial part, are implemented;
  2. to establish that this provision is mentioned with the approval of the Plan and that the 4 conditions set are reported in the Summary Declaration, where their acceptance will be justified.
