With reference to the SEA procedure in question,

• we inform you that, with managerial determination n. 7541/2023 dated 12 September 2023, the subjects competent in environmental matters, the territorially interested bodies and the functionally interested subjects have been identified among the subjects in question;
• is indicated - pursuant to art. 14 and following of Law 241/90 and subsequent amendments and Annex 1 to DGR n. IX/761 of 10 November 2010 and in agreement with the Competent Authority (Water Resources and Environmental Hygiene Area) - the first Evaluation Conference divided into two sessions:

the first session, aimed at illustrating the Scoping Document, is convened on: Wednesday 8 November 2023 at 10,30 am;

the second session, aimed at acquiring opinions, contributions and observations on the merits, is convened on Thursday 23 November 2023 at 10,30.

Both sessions will take place remotely via the Microsoft Teams platform; in order to prepare invitations and access for online meetings, the recipients of this document are asked to indicate, within two days of the event, one or more electronic addresses of the participants by writing an email to urb.atpa2@comune .milano.it.

Il Scoping document was made available – for the purposes of consultation and in view of the presentation at the first session of the Conference – through publication on the regional SIVAS website, on the municipal website (www.comune.milano.it/Aree tetiche/Rigenerazione Urbana e Urbanistica/Publicazioni urbanistics) as well as deposited for free viewing (by appointment) at the municipal offices in via Sile, 8 on the 7th floor (Implementation Planning Area 1 - Proceeding Authority) and on the 3rd floor (Water Resources and Environmental Hygiene Area - Competent Authority), to time from 24 October 2023 until 23 November 2023 with the following opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.

The deadline for requesting additions is set for November 3, 2023.
