START OF THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE (SEA) IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSAL FOR A MANDATORY IMPLEMENTATION PLAN CALLED “PA3 (VIALE MOLISE)” CONCERNING THE AREAS BETWEEN VIALE MOLISE, VIA LOMBROSO AND VIA AZZURRI D'ITALIA (EX SLAUGHTERHOUSE AREA) AND BETWEEN THE VIE LOMBROSO, MASPERO AND VISMARA (FORMER AVICUNIC AREA) ALL LOCATED IN MILAN

THE AREA DIRECTOR

- having regard to Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament of the Council of 27.6.2001;

- having seen the legislative decree 3.4.2006, n. 152 “Regulations on environmental matters” and subsequent amendments;

- having regard to law 17.8.1942, n. 1150 and subsequent amendments;

- having seen the regional law 11.3.2005 n. 12 for the Territorial Government, and the related implementation criteria;

- having seen the general guidelines for the environmental assessment of Plans and Programs approved with resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/351 of 13.3.2007, as well as the resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/6420 of 27.12.2007 as modified by the resolution of the Regional Council n. 8/10971 of 30.12.2009 and, the latter two, as subsequently modified and integrated by the resolution of the Regional Council no. 9/761 of 10.11.2010;

the start of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure in relation to the proposed mandatory Implementation Plan called "PA3 (Viale Molise)" concerning the areas between viale Molise, via Lombroso and via Azzurri d'Italia (former slaughterhouse area) and between via Lombroso, Maspero and Vismara (former poultry farm area), all located in Milan, in compliance with managerial determination no. 3833/2023 of 9 May 2023.
