START OF THE PROCEDURE FOR VERIFICATION OF SUBJECTABILITY TO THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SEA) IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSAL FOR AN IMPLEMENTATION PLAN COMPLIANT WITH THE PGT - PA SAN LEONARDO CONCERNING THE AREAS SITE IN VIA ENRICO FALCK 28,

THE AREA DIRECTOR
- having regard to Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament of the Council of 27.6.2001;
- having seen the legislative decree 3.4.2006, n. 152 “Regulations on environmental matters” and subsequent amendments;
- having regard to law 17.8.1942 n. 1150 and subsequent amendments;
- having seen the regional law 11.3.2005 n. 12 for the Territorial Government, and the related implementation criteria;
- having seen the general guidelines for the environmental assessment of Plans and Programs approved with resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/351 of 13.3.2007, as well as the resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/6420 of 27.12.2007 as modified by the resolution of the Regional Council n. 8/10971 of 30.12.2009 and, the latter two, as subsequently modified and integrated by the resolution of the Regional Council no. 9/761 of 10.11.2010;

MAKES YOU KNOWN

the start of the procedure for verifying the suitability of the strategic environmental assessment (SEA) in relation to the proposed Implementation Plan compliant with the PGT - PA San Leonardo concerning the areas located in via Enrico Falck 28, in compliance with managerial resolution no. 8349/2022 of 10.10.2022.
