START OF THE PROCEDURE FOR VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SEA) IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN "GRECO-BREDA SPECIAL ZONE"
THE AREA DIRECTOR
- having regard to Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament of the Council of 27.6.2001;
- having seen the legislative decree 3.4.2006, n. 152 “Regulations on environmental matters” and subsequent amendments;
- having regard to law 17.8.1942, n. 1150 and subsequent amendments;
- having seen the regional law 11.3.2005 n. 12 for the Territorial Government, and the related implementation criteria;
- having seen the general guidelines for the environmental assessment of Plans and Programs approved with resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/351 of 13.3.2007, as well as the resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/6420 of 27.12.2007 as modified by the resolution of the Regional Council n. 8/10971 of 30.12.2009 and, the latter two, as subsequently modified and integrated by the resolution of the Regional Council no. 9/761 of 10.11.2010;
MAKES YOU KNOWN
the start of the procedure for verifying the eligibility for strategic environmental assessment (SEA) in relation to the proposed Implementation Plan "Greco-Breda Special Area" concerning the areas located in Milan, between via Sesto San Giovanni, Via Breda and via Rucellai, in accordance with management determination no. 8117/2021 of 30.9.2021.
