NOTICE OF FILING AND PUBLICATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN REGARDING THE “EX DE NORA” AREA LOCATED IN MILAN BETWEEN VIA DEI CANZI, VIA CRESPI AND VIA S.FAUSTINO

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 14, paragraphs 2 and 3, of LR no. 12 of 11.03.2005

NOTICE

that the documents relating to the Implementation Plan concerning the "ex De Nora" area located in Milan between via dei Canzi, via Crespi and via s. Faustino - pursuant to LR 11.3.2005, n. 12 - concerning the area in question, adopted by the Municipal Council with resolution no. 1394 of 04/08/2017, which has become enforceable in accordance with the law, will be deposited for free viewing by the public in the Municipal Office Building in Via Bernina, 12 – Implementation and Strategic Urban Planning Area – 1st floor, starting from 20 September 2017 and until 5 October 2017 with the following opening hours: from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00. 
The documents cited will also be made available to the public through publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan (https://www.comune.milano.it/wps/portal/ist/it/servizi/territorio/Pubblicazioni_Urbanistiche). Any observations on the project in question and any accompanying graphics must be produced in two copies on plain paper and must be presented - during opening hours to the public (Monday - Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 and Wednesday from 14.00 pm to 16.30 pm) - at the Single Protocol Office of the Urban Planning Directorate – Via Bernina, 12, ground floor – by 12.00 pm on 20 October 2017.
This submission deadline is peremptory and therefore any observations received after the deadline itself will not be taken into consideration.
