Milan, 3 April 2021 - "The news of the accident in which Andrea Elifani lost his life leaves us all dismayed. I extend my deepest condolences to his family.
The dynamics of this sad event will be ascertained, in memory of Andrea and with respect for his family and all the people of Milan. And we will do everything in our power to ensure that certain tragic events never happen again." Thus the Mayor of Milan Giuseppe Sala.
