Milan, May 11 2021 – Mayor Giuseppe Sala communicated to the President of the City Council Lamberto Bertolé that he had indicated the following appointments for some investee companies.

For ASP Golgi Redaelli, Stefania Bartoccetti was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors and indicated - for subsequent appointment by the Board of Directors - as President of the Board itself.

For Milano Sport SpA, Antonio Iannetta (president), Antonino Restuccia and Rosanna Volpe (councilors) have been appointed.

For the Board of Directors of SPV Linea M4 SPA, 5 names have been indicated for subsequent assembly appointment: Alessandro Lamberti (president), Carolina Romanelli, Antonino Geronimo La Russa, Cristiana Alicata, Giuseppe De Carlo.

For the Opera Pizzigoni Association the appointment of the 2 members, Maria Morena Lucà and Francesco Vallone, concerns the Board of Directors.

For the Lombardia Film Commission Foundation, Andrea Della Valentina was designated as a member of the Board of Directors, for subsequent appointment by the assembly.

For the Design Museum Foundation, Gabriele Neri was designated member of the Board of Directors, subsequently appointed by the Board of Directors of the La Triennale Foundation.

For the Institute for the History of the Contemporary Age (ISEC) Foundation, Guido Acquaviva was designated, by subsequent appointment by the Board of Directors, as a member of the General Council.

For the 'Leonardo Da Vinci' Museum of Science and Technology Foundation, Paola Dubini is the designated person of the Municipality of Milan for the appointment of the Board of Directors by the General Council.

Finally, for the Bagatti Valsecchi Foundation, Maria Teresa Rangheri was appointed to the Board of Directors.
