Milan, 10 April 2020 – With a letter to the President of the City Council Lamberto Bertolé, the Mayor of Milan Giuseppe Sala announced that he had indicated - for subsequent assembly appointment - the members of the Board of Directors of A2a S.p.A.: Marco Emilio Angelo Patuano (President), Renato Mazzoncini ( CEO), Stefania Bariatti, Federico Maurizio D'Andrea, Gaudiana Giusti, Alessandro Fracassi and Paola Bonomo. Maurizio Leonardo Lombardi was then indicated as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the same company (Statutory Auditor).

The Mayor also indicated the names of suitable candidates as members of the Board of Directors of the Milanese transport company ATM S.p.A.: Gioia Maria Ghezzi, Baccelli Oliviero, Stefano Pareglio, Elisabetta Pistis and Fabio Spinelli. 

Finally, the Mayor indicated the name of Mauro Provezza as a member of the Board of Directors of the Azienda Farmacie Milanesi – A.F.M. S.p.A. replacing the resigning Stefano Bignamini. 

The indications, made pursuant to art. 50 of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000, follow the "Notice 2020/1 for the appointments and designations of municipal representatives in bodies, foundations and municipally owned companies".

It can be consulted oncomplete list and the curricula of the candidates deemed suitable by the Expert Commission, elected by the City Council on 14 July 2016 with resolution no. 30/2016, pursuant to art. 57.5 of the municipal statute.
