Appointments. A2a, the members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors are indicated
Milan, March 31 2023 – The Municipality of Milan has indicated – for subsequent assembly appointment – the members of the Board of Directors of A2a SpA: Giovanni Comboni (vice president), Renato Mazzoncini (CEO), Maria Elisa D'Amico, Roberto Tasca, Elisabetta Pistis, Mario Gualtiero Francesco Motta and Simona Perissinotto.
Maurizio Dallocchio (standing auditor) and Patrizia Lucia Maria Riva (substitute auditor) were then indicated as members of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the same company.
The indications, which occurred pursuant to art. 50 of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000, follow the "Notice 2023/1 for the appointments and designations of municipal representatives in bodies, foundations and municipally owned companies".
It can be consulted oncomplete list and CVs of candidates and candidates deemed suitable by the Expert Commission, elected by the City Council on 14 July 2016 with resolution no. 30/2016, pursuant to art. 57.5 of the municipal statute.
