During construction, changes to the surrounding roads
Milan, 1 February 2023 – From Monday 6 February, via Bassano Porrone, in Municipality 1, will be closed to vehicular traffic to allow for the conservative restoration work on a private building overlooking the street. A sidewalk will remain passable to allow pedestrians to pass.
The works on the private construction site will last at least a year and will involve changes to the viability of the surrounding road network. In fact, the direction of travel of via Clerici and via Dei Bossi will be reversed; Via San Protaso can only be used by taxis, motorcycles and those entitled to do so. Finally, via Tommaso Grossi will be opened to taxis and motorcycles, parallel to via Bassano Porrone, towards the center, towards Piazza Cordusio.
Both streets will be equipped with an access control system.
