Regulated parking within the trolleybus circle also resumes. Area B remains suspended 
 
Milan, June 14 2020 - Con il progressivo ritorno ai valori normali del traffico per la ripresa di tutte le attività, da domani, lunedì 15 giugno, sarà riattivata Area C, la ztl a pagamento che comprende l'area all'interno della Cerchia dei Bastioni, sospesa a marzo per l'emergenza Coronavirus-19.

In questi giorni l'Amministrazione ha provveduto a collocare dei cartelli di avviso per gli automobilisti presso i varchi di accesso alla ztl. Inoltre, già da giovedì 11 giugno è stato riaperto al pubblico l'Infopoint della stazione metropolitana Duomo dedicato ad Area B e Area C. Per accedervi agevolmente e nel rispetto delle necessarie misure di distanziamento, è necessario tramite l’app di Atm oppure tramite il “Totem touch” installato nello stesso Infopoint, dove è possibile richiedere il supporto di un assistente alla clientela.

Parking will still be open and free in the spaces with blue stripes exclusively outside the trolleybus circle, in Areas 8, 25, 30, 31, 34, 35, 36, 38, 42, 43 of the city territory.
While within the trolleybus circle 90-91 parking reserved for residents in the stalls marked with the yellow line and for a fee on the blue lines is restored. 
In this way, accessibility continues to be guaranteed in territorial areas characterized by a particularly high demand for parking, given the current limited capacity of public transport, especially extra-urban. These areas in fact constitute interchange areas between private transport and the different forms of public transport and sharing offers. This measure too, as for Area B, will remain in force until the adoption of a subsequent provision which will take into account the monitoring of congestion, the capacity of public transport and the evolution of the epidemiological situation.
 
Il traffico a Milano è andato progressivamente crescendo e gli ultimi dati, relativi all'ultima settimana di maggio, indicano che ha raggiunto l'80% rispetto al periodo precedente al lockdown, mentre sui mezzi di trasporto pubblico il traffico di passeggeri rimane contenuto ampiamente entro i livelli che consentono il distanziamento, ovvero al 22-25% della capienza normale. Lo sharing di biciclette, monopattini e scooter è al 55% mentre quello delle automobili è al 40%.
"Il traffico presente all'interno della Cerchia dei Bastioni è tornato quasi ai livelli pre-emergenza Covid 19 - dichiara Marco Granelli assessore alla Mobilità - e per questo riteniamo opportuno riaccendere le telecamere di accesso alla ztl Area C. Mentre per la ztl di Area B, che corrisponde quasi a tutta la città, abbiamo al momento mantenuto la sospensione e monitoreremo i dati del traffico per capire quando rimetterla in funzione".
 
Please note that vehicles used by healthcare personnel are exempt from paying for parking and exempted from the ban on access to restricted traffic zones, with the exception of the restricted traffic zone Area C for which only exemption from payment of the daily access fee is provided ( doctors, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare workers) and other categories involved in health emergency management activities.
