Sustainable mobility. Sharing electric scooters, safety initiatives
European Mobility Week 2020 opens
Milan, September 15 2020 - Tomorrow, Wednesday 16 September, at 11 am in via Beccaria, seven of the companies that offer sharing electric scooters in Milan (Helbiz, Bit, Bird, Lime, Wind, Voi, Dott) will present the activities carried out 'on the road' on the topic of respect for the rules and safety in the use of electric scooters and some results.
The event will take place outdoors in the presence of a representative of the municipal administration.
The meeting opens the European Mobility Week 2020 edition, "Zero emissions, mobility for all", during which, until 22 September, a calendar of meetings and initiatives related to the objective will take place in Milan and many other international cities European Union to become "carbon neutral" by 2050. Universities, associations, companies operating in the field of sustainability and electric and shared mobility organize events and webinars to raise citizens' awareness of the need to adopt measures for an inclusive, liveable but also interconnected.
