Milan is memory. Alberto Brasili, commemoration ceremony with Mayor Sala
Milan, May 25 2021 – The commemoration ceremony took place this morning for Alberto Brasili, the student worker stabbed to death on 25 May 1975 in Milan by neo-fascist militants, while he was with his girlfriend Lucia Corna.
The ceremony saw the participation of the mayor of Milan, Giuseppe Sala, Roberto Cenati, President of ANPI Milan, and Valter Boscarello of Memoria antifascista. The Mayor placed a laurel wreath next to the commemorative plaque in via Pietro Mascagni.
The ambush in Brasili took place in front of what was at the time the provincial headquarters of the ANPI.
