ADOPTION OF THE NEW PLAN DOCUMENT, OF THE VARIANT OF THE SERVICES PLAN, INCLUDING THE PLAN FOR RELIGIOUS EQUIPMENT, AND OF THE VARIANT OF THE PLAN OF RULES, CONSTITUTING THE GOVERNMENT PLAN OF THE TERRITORY, PURSUANT TO AND FOR THE EFFECTS OF ART. 13 OF THE L.R. 11 MARCH 2005 N. 12 AND S.M.I.

Having seen the Regional Law of 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments. 
Having seen the Legislative Decree of 3 April 2006 n. 152 and subsequent amendments.

NOTICE

which, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13, paragraph 4, of the Regional Law. 11.3.2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments, the City Council with resolution no. 2/2019 of 5.3.2019, which became executive in accordance with the law, adopted the new Plan Document, the variant of the Service Plan, including the Plan for Religious Equipment, and the variant of the Rules Plan, constituting the Territorial Government, accompanied by the Environmental Report, the non-technical Summary, the Summary Declaration and the Reasoned Opinion relating to environmental compatibility.

The Plan will be deposited for public viewing at the municipal offices of the General Urban Planning Area located in via Cenisio n. 2 from 15/05/2019 to 14/06/2019, from Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm and from 14.30pm to 16pm, and published on the institutional website www.pgt.comune.milano. it.

Anyone can send observations to the aforementioned documents to the Municipal Administration within 30 (thirty) days following the filing and exactly from 15/06/2019 and no later than the peremptory deadline of 12.00 on 15/07/2019 with the following mode:

- online through specific services that will be activated on the aforementioned website;
- sending by certified email - PEC, to the address: amministrazionepgt@postacert.comune.milano.it;
- deposit in duplicate on plain paper at the Protocol office in via G. B. Pirelli n. 30, 12th floor, Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 12pm.

The deadline of 12.00 on 15/07/2019 within which observations can be submitted to the aforementioned documents is peremptory, therefore, those received after this deadline will not be taken into consideration.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13, paragraph 4, of the Regional Law. 12/2005 and subsequent amendments, this notice is published on the online Notice Board of the Municipality of Milan, in the Official Bulletin of the Lombardy Region, in two local newspapers, on the website of the Municipality of Milan, on the SIVAS website of the Lombardy Region, as well as displayed via wall posters.
