Bad weather. Municipality activates monitoring of the Seveso and Lambro rivers
Milan, June 14 2019 - An ordinary criticality warning (code yellow) for the risk of strong thunderstorms was issued by the Regional Weather Center starting from 16pm today, Friday 14 June. The Municipality therefore arranges for the activation of the COC, the municipal operations center in via Drago, in order to graduate the activation of the emergency plan.
The activation consists in monitoring the hydrometric levels of the Seveso and Lambro rivers and the radar by the Civil Protection of the Municipality of Milan. The civil protection teams are also on alert with the request to activate the patrols of the Local Police and the MM water service team starting from 16pm today.
