Bad weather. Monitoring of Seveso and Lambro activated
Milan, August 23 2019 - From 14pm on 23 August the municipal administration activated the municipal operations center (C.O.C.) due to the risk of strong storms also on the Milan hydraulic hub. The provision follows the alert notice (code yellow) issued by the Lombard Regional Weather Centre.
With the weather alert, active until midnight on Sunday 25 August, the monitoring of the levels of the Seveso and Lambro rivers and the activation of the Civil Protection teams and local police patrols also begin. The MM Water Service team will also be ready to intervene if necessary.
