Bad weather. C.O.C. activated and the monitoring of Seveso and Lambro
Milan, August 28 2019 – Due to the heavy rainfall on Wednesday morning, at 14 pm the municipal administration activated the emergency plan and the municipal operations center (C.O.C.) for monitoring the levels of the Seveso and Lambro rivers and the activation of the civil protection teams and local police patrols.
The levels upstream are low and the spillway had in any case been activated thanks to the discussions between the municipal and regional civil protections and the Municipality of Milan, the Lombardy Region and AIPO.
