Milan, June 23 2022 - The functional risk monitoring center of the Lombardy Region has issued a yellow weather alert (ordinary risk) in anticipation of scattered thunderstorms expected from today afternoon until tomorrow evening, Friday 24 June.  

Already today an unstable flow of air will also hit the flat areas, therefore rain showers are possible on the hydraulic hub of Milan. The phenomenon will ease during the night but tomorrow the instability and the possibility of thunderstorms will intensify again.

The Municipal Operations Center (COC) of the Civil Protection will be active to monitor and coordinate any interventions.
