Bad weather. In Milan there is a yellow alert due to the risk of thunderstorms
Milan, May 4 2022 – The functional risk monitoring center of the Lombardy Region has issued a yellow weather alert (ordinary risk) due to the risk of thunderstorms which also concerns the hydraulic hub of Milan.
For the late afternoon today, Wednesday 4 May, and until midnight tomorrow, Thursday 5 May, there are possible scattered showers of a thunderstorm nature across the entire regional territory, in particular in the sectors of the western lowlands, where there is a greater probability of isolated heavy rainfall. The conditions of widespread instability will remain until the early hours of Thursday when they should ease.
The Municipal Operations Center (COC) of the Civil Protection will be active to monitor and coordinate any interventions.
