From Monday 1 July practices and collection of measures available exclusively online. Cocco and Del Corno: “A simple and quick tool is available to operators, combined with a consultancy service at the counter”
 
Milan, July 1 2019 – The SUEV becomes totally digital. After an experiment that started at the end of 2017, which involved five operators in the entertainment sector, and a second phase in which the service was extended, from Monday 1 July the one-stop shop for events is available to all operators and for all requests exclusively online.
Thanks to the collaboration between the Department of Digital Transformation and Civic Services and the Department of Culture in partnership with Infocamere, from Monday 1 July all operators who want to organize a cultural, musical or sporting event in a public or private space in the territory of Milan will be able to start all the procedures on the site www.impresainungiorno.gov.it without the need to physically go to the One-Stop Events Desk, which remains available to provide consultancy for companies and operators.

No waiting at the counter and goodbye to piles of paper documents: today we add a further important piece to the city's digital transformation plan".
 
“We are pleased to have continued along the path of simplification begun in 2014 – states the Councilor for Culture Filippo Del Corno –. It will now be important to verify, thanks to the operators, the effects of the complete digitalisation of the route, together with the effectiveness of the consultancy service of the SUEV desk which in any case supports the entire IT procedure". 
With a single application it is possible to request the temporary concession for the occupation of public land, the temporary license for public entertainment, the temporary operating license for traveling entertainment, the temporary authorization in derogation of noise impact, the sales license or SCIA and administration of food and drinks, temporary authorization for advertising display. The withdrawal of measures is also available exclusively online from today.
