Milan, May 18 2020 – Municipality of Milan and Samsung electronics Italia together again to offer support to citizens during the emergency period. Over 130 Samsung 'digital angels', already committed in recent weeks to providing advice and suggestions through 020202 on how to get in touch with their family members through technology, will from today be available to help citizens discover and use the services online of the Municipality of Milan.

Until June 16th, people who call the number 020202 (active from Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 20pm) by pressing key 9 - "Other requests" - and then key 5 - "Assistance on online services" - will be able to speak with one of over 130 Samsung 'digital angels' to discover, for example, how to register on the institutional portal of the Municipality of Milan, how to access your citizen's file and use all the available services (personal data, payment of taxes and fines, library loans issuing certificates online, requesting appointments).
