Attention to the needs of the most vulnerable tenants has been confirmed 

Milan, June 22 2022 – The meeting was held today between the Municipality of Milan, the municipalities of Vimodrone and Basiglio, the representatives of municipalities 4, 5 and 9 and InvestiRE SGR. 

The subject of the meeting was the management of the Dream (formerly Enpam) real estate assets, made up of 25 properties located in the municipalities of Milan (via Valla, via Forni and via Sulmona), Basiglio and Vimodrone and passed into management in recent weeks by the Hestia and Basiglio Funds of the SGR. 

During the meeting, InvestiRE guaranteed the interlocutors that, in choices relating to the portfolio, it will always follow the principles of social responsibility and dialogue with local stakeholders and that no action will actually be carried out until a solution is found in the interests of all together to local authorities that is economically sustainable. 

Once the analysis of the characteristics of the properties in question has been completed, and thanks to the close collaboration of the local authorities in defining the perimeter of vulnerabilities, the SGR will carry out a detailed analysis of the individual positions of the tenants in order to propose solutions that preserve the social sustainability of the operation. These will particularly concern the protection of fragile categories, such as the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as situations of economic fragility. 

This afternoon a meeting was also held between InvestiRE SGR and the unions representing the tenants, in order to start a constructive dialogue based on the principles agreed with the local authorities. 
Following today's meeting, a working table will be set up between the three municipalities, the representatives of the municipalities and the SGR in order to agree on possible project solutions with respect to social fragility.
