For the first time, 50% of the condominium expenses of rented apartments will be paid by the operator

Milan, 1 March 2023 – The agreement has been signed which will allow the creation of 190 new social residential buildings (ERS) in via dei Rospigliosi. The intervention envisages that two thirds of the ERS surface will be allocated to rental at an agreed rent (140 apartments from 108 to 165 euros m²/year), while the remaining part (50 apartments) will be put up for sale at a preferential rate starting from 2.675 euros/m².

The agreement represents an important innovation with respect to the panorama of social residential construction because, for the first time, the operator who will rent the accommodation has committed to taking on a share equal to 50% of the condominium expenses relating to the green areas, cleaning, lighting and maintenance including the paved pedestrian paths belonging to the building.

The value of the urbanization costs for the Municipality of Milan is equal to over 2 million and 200.000 euros.
