Three shop windows from the "Salotto" are up for auction. Tasca: "The valorisation process does not stop and aligns with the recovery expectations of the city's economy" 

Milan, March 19 2021 - Three more spaces up for auction in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. These are the shops in Piazza Duomo 21 (former Ruggieri shop window), and two other shop windows in the central street of the "Salotto", (formerly Mejana and former Zadi respectively). The tender involves the presentation, by 13 May 2021, of the economic and technical-commercial offers.  

"The process of valorisation of the Gallery does not stop", says the councilor for State Property, Roberto Tasca, who adds: "We can see signs of a recovery of interest from numerous economic sectors and we are confident that we can align ourselves with the recovery expectations for all the city's trade. We are convinced that the Gallery will return to being the living room that we have become accustomed to knowing in recent years." 

For the 21 m47 shop in Piazza Duomo 136.291 the starting price is 292.880 euros in annual rent. For the shop window (formerly Zadi) the starting price is 101 euros for 50 m144.990 while for the other shop window (formerly Mejana) of XNUMX mXNUMX the starting price is XNUMX thousand euros. 

The commercial categories admitted to the tender are clothing, haute couture, designer and valuable accessories, luxury perfumery, art and antiques, furniture and designer lighting. But also multimedia technology, pharmaceuticals, jewelry and art galleries. 

Of the 100 total points up for grabs to draw up the tender ranking, 60 are reserved for the technical offer. It's about evaluating the quality and excellence of commercial proposals. Among the required requirements are the value and prestige of the commercial activity, in the field of Made in Italy or international, the aesthetic quality of the project in relation to the functionality of the rooms and furnishings and finally the opening hours to the public. There are 40 points up for grabs for the economic offer.
