Food Policy. Deputy Mayor Scavuzzo at the presentation of the results of the neighborhood hub against food waste on Tuesday 14 January
Milan, January 13 2020 – The presentation of the results achieved in the first year by the neighborhood hub of Municipality 14 for the collection and redistribution of food surpluses will be held on Tuesday 10 January, at 9 am in the Sala Camerana of Assolombarda (via Pantano 9). Inaugurated in January 2018 as part of the "ZeroSprechi" memorandum of understanding, it was born in collaboration between the Municipality of Milan, the Polytechnic of Milan, Assolombarda, the QuBì Program and the Lombardy Food Bank.
The presentation will be opened by the Deputy Mayor with responsibility for Food Policy Anna Scavuzzo, the General Director of Assolombarda Alessandro Scarabelli and the Director of the Department of Management Engineering of the Polytechnic of Milan Alessandro Perego.
