Milan, May 21 2020 – Following the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 17 May 2020 which extended the suspension of educational services for children and in-person teaching activities in schools of all levels, it is possible for Milano Ristorazione to proceed with the final calculations of reimbursements due to the families of primary and lower secondary school students, following the official confirmation that these schools will not reopen for the current school year. 
On the basis of the regulation in force, a refund equal to 1/9 of the annual fee will be paid for each period of 30 consecutive days of non-use of the service due to the suspension of educational activities. 
On the Milano Ristorazione website, to this link, it is possible to know all the ways to request a refund based on the different cases. 
As regards nursery school users, for the moment it is possible to request a refund for the months of March, April and May. On the basis of the regulation in force, a refund equal to 1/10 of the annual fee will be paid for each period of 30 consecutive days of non-use of the service.
