Building. Historic center bonuses and facade bonuses, access methods
Milan, November 20 2020 – The Municipality of Milan is included in the list of municipalities for which there is the possibility of requesting the non-repayable contribution bonus for historic centers provided by the Legislative Decree no. 104 of 14 August 2020.
Land activities of sale of goods or services to the public can send a specific request, to be presented exclusively through the web service available in the reserved area of the "Invoices and fees" portal of the Revenue Agency website, for the request for the contribution from 18 November 2010 to January 14, 2021, if in possession of the following requirements:
- have the VAT number active on 30 June 2020 and not terminated on the date of submission of the application;
- carry out a business of selling goods or services to the public in zones A of the Ministerial Decree n. 1444/1968, or in the Nuclei of ancient formation (NAF) of the current Territorial Government Plan (PGT).
From map service it is possible to check whether the headquarters of your business is located within the historic center (zone A) through both the search by address (street name and number) and the search by cadastral data (sheet and map).
The same map allows you to verify the possibility of accessing the tax relief provided for by the 2020 Budget Law for interventions aimed at the recovery or restoration of the external facade of existing buildings, of any cadastral category, including instrumental properties.
In this case the buildings must be included in the zones A and B of the Ministerial Decree n. 1444/1968.
